Wild Wild West Steampunk Con
I am absolutely tickled to announce this!
The gracious gentlemen and ladies at Wild Wild West have made me a Guest of Honor at their forthcoming convention! I will be the special guest at the High Tea party with the Baroness and her crew. All attendees will get to socialize with me & the Baroness and, as a special gift, will receive a signed copy of Avalon Revisited.
The coordinators of this event have truly gone above and beyond! They are breaking the tradition of limiting the convention to just the host hotel, although several events will be happening there as well. This new unconventional convention will include an entire day spent at the remarkable Old Tuscon Studios, a famous, working Old West Movie Studio built in 1939. Expect an active story line and an incredible amount of entertainment in an exceptional theme-park environment. So hold on to those tiny top hats! This will be a Wild Wild West ride.
Surely all the people who experienced the first annual Steampunk World Fair this past weekend is looking for the next great Steampunk Convention. You just found it.
For all of you who missed it… don’t miss another one!
I, for one, am clearing my entire schedule for this event. Expect sightings of me throughout the long weekend, and not just at the tea party. Mark your calendars! March 4-6, 2011.
Visit their website and see what other wondrous guests and entertainment they have planned.
